Welcome to Drop Tee Inc. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from Drop Tee Inc. ("Drop Tee", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Drop Tee Inc. and supersede all prior communications, agreements, or representations, whether oral, written, electronic, or implied, regarding our products or services. By purchasing, placing an order, or using our products, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Use
Drop Tee products are intended for recreational or professional golf practice only. Users must follow all provided instructions and use the products responsibly. Misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation may void your warranty and/or result in injury. Drop Tee is not liable for injuries, property damage, or other incidents arising from improper use.
3. Pre-Orders, Pricing, and Availability
Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are provided on product pages and are subject to change. Drop Tee Inc. reserves the right to adjust production schedules, shipping dates, pricing, and product availability due to manufacturing, logistics, supply chain issues, or changing market conditions. Orders are subject to product availability, and Drop Tee is not liable for delays or unfulfilled orders beyond our control.
4. Payment
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Drop Tee Inc. will not ship products until full payment is received.
5. Risk of Loss
Title to Drop Tee products and risk of loss or damage during shipment pass to the customer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate and for inspecting packages upon receipt.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, text, logos, and designs on this website, including the Drop Tee product design and technology, are the property of Drop Tee Inc. or its licensors. Patent Pending — U.S. Patent Application No. 7863P0020US. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Warranty and Returns
Our product warranty and return policy are provided on separate pages. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept those policies. Misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation may void warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drop Tee Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from the use of our products or website. This limitation applies even if Drop Tee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Drop Tee Inc. is not responsible for damages, loss, or liability resulting from use of third-party accessories, hitting mats, tees, or golf balls in conjunction with our products.
9. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drop Tee Inc., its officers, agents, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, damage, or liability, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of: (a) misuse of Drop Tee products; (b) modifications or alterations to the products; or (c) resale or distribution of products in violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Modifications to Terms
Drop Tee Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Notices are deemed received upon delivery by email.

Drop Tee Warranty Policy
Drop Tee warrants to the original purchaser that, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, the Drop Tee hardware (including the unit, motor, and housing) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
What This Warranty Covers
If a covered defect is reported during the warranty period, Drop Tee will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective part, or
- Replace the defective Drop Tee unit, or
- Replace a defective tee cartridge if failure is due to manufacturing issues (not normal wear)
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact, dropping, or improper installation
- Damage caused by modification or unauthorized repair
- Normal wear and tear of the tee cartridge (filament is a consumable wear item)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Damage caused by improper power sources, voltage, or third-party components
- Damage caused by improper cutting or installation in turf or mats
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, contact our Support Team via support@droptee.golf with the following:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Photos or video demonstrating the issue
We may request that you ship the defective product to a provided address for inspection. After evaluation, we will repair or replace the unit and return it to you.
Shipping & Service Costs
- The customer is responsible for shipping the unit to Drop Tee for warranty evaluation.
- Drop Tee will cover return shipping to the customer for U.S.-based repairs.
- International shipping costs may apply and may be the responsibility of the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Except as provided above, Drop Tee makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Drop Tee’s liability is limited solely to repair or replacement as described in this policy. Drop Tee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Non-Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not apply if the product is resold or transferred to another party.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and the customer consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
